First of all, Prop 30 is a California state proposition to help fund schools. It has nothing to do with Obama. Regardless, it also only affects those who make $250k or more a year. Yet this walking talking flacid dick still leaves it.

I was a waitress in college. Every once in a while you’d get a long speech from a customer (almost exclusively a middle-aged dude eating alone) about how he wasn’t tipping you because he didn’t BELIEVE in tipping. Sometimes he’d add that he thought it was unfair that you had to work for tips. So in some way, he justified to himself that he was sticking up for you by not tipping you, because he was protesting your unfair treatment. Then he’d cross his arms and look all smug, like I was supposed to thank him for fighting back against the system in a way that only benefited him.

Let me be clear: I agree that it’s shitty that waiters have to work for tips. People in the food service industry should earn a fair wage and not have to rely on the whims on the people sitting in their section to pay rent. But it is what it is. TIP YOUR FUCKING SERVER.
